I’m always looking around for gift tags for last minute gifts, so I thought I’d replenish my stock with these cute DIY Thanks Gift Tags. The free shape of the week from Silhouette also came in handy. The How
- Open the letter set in Silhouette Studio
- Create a square with a black (or whatever color you prefer) border
- Copy the “tHanks!” characters from the letter set and place it on the left side of the square
- Fill the characters with color (I used black)
- If you are using your Silhouette cutting machine, set everything but the square to “no cut”, replicate, show registration marks, then send to print and cut using cardstock settings
- If you are cutting by hand, replicate your designs, print, then use your scissors to cut out the tags
- Add a hole for your string using the hole punch to each tag
Now you have some pretty tags to add to your stash! Which colors did you use? Tell me in the comments below!
