What do you do when you have an awesome free shape of the week (don’t get me started about all the daily ones available until tomorrow – go get them!) and a crazy easy liner tutorial from one of my fave bloggers? You make envelope liners! What a lovely shape – you can manipulate it and add color to any shape you create.
The What
- Silhouette cutting machine
- Silhouette Studio
- Blade
- Cutting Mat
- Cardstock (for your template)
- Print Paper (for your liners)
- Glue
- Printer
- Free shape of the week
The How
Step 1 – Download the Free Shape of the Week at the Silhouette Online Store
Step 2 – Create a new Silhouette Studio file and load your shape (File>My Library)
Step 3 – Set your page to 8.5×11 and in landscape
Step 4 – Select your shape, fill with white, and ungroup
Step 5 – Rearrange the days of the week on your page
Step 6 – Create a slightly larger rectangle than your page and fill with blue
Step 8 – Print
Step 9 – Follow the instructions in this post at Damask Love with your printout
